Paper client records are stored in a locked filing cabinet accessible only to authorised personnel. We take appropriate measures to ensure confidentiality and prevent unauthorised access.

Client records are kept securely for 7 years after the last treatment (or until a client reaches age 25 if under 18 at the time of treatment). After this period, records are safely destroyed.

 

9. Sharing of Information
Your information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law or for referral to another healthcare professional.

 

10. Your Rights
You have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data.

  • Request correction or deletion of your data.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CORE Therapy – Cancellation Policy


At CORE Therapy, we are committed to providing a high standard of care and professionalism. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to appointments, we ask all clients to review and follow our cancellation policy outlined below.


24-Hour Notice Required
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client and keep our schedule running efficiently.


Deposits and Refunds
•    A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
•    Cancellations or rescheduling made with at least 24 hours’ notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to a future booking.
•    Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.


Late Cancellations and No-Shows
•    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
•    Failing to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. The full session fee will still apply.


Service Changes
If you wish to change the type or duration of your treatment, please notify us in advance. Changes made at the time of your appointment may not be possible, depending on preparation and availability.


Illness or Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unwell or experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis and aim to be as accommodating as possible.
